Our job families include Epic Application Analyst positions in levels 1-4. The final position will be determined by a variety of factors applied to the selected candidate, including demonstrated experience, Epic training status portfolio, and an assessment of cultural norms.

• The Epic Applications Analyst role involves implementing, developing, and maintaining the Epic system and associated third-party systems. Analysts work at various levels, from entry-level (I) to expert (IV), with increasing responsibilities and independence. They provide on-call support, interact with clients, and ensure compliance with software lifecycle standards. As they progress, they gain deeper knowledge of the Epic platform, mentor junior analysts, and lead projects to improve patient safety and quality initiatives. • Annual salary range: $95,000–$115,000, plus equity

About the job

Working as a Full-Stack Engineer at DynamiCare, you’ll join a fully remote Agile team to design, build, and maintain secure, evidence-based applications. Since we’re a small business, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many different hats related to DevOps, Security, and other engineering-related fields.

As the primary developer at DynamiCare, you’ll have ownership over the codebase, making this a huge opportunity for impact. About you

We’re seeking a candidate with a passion for technology and a motivation to make the world a better place.

Your primary responsibilities will include full-stack development, DevOps, and maintaining strong data security across our platform. You should have at least three years of experience with our core frameworks: Ruby on Rails and React Native. Experience deploying and managing applications using CircleCI, Aptible, and AWS is especially valuable.

Experience working within the confines of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 is a strong plus, given the sensitive nature of our work. We’re also looking for someone familiar with Agile development, particularly Scrum and sprint-based workflows. Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools like Asana, Confluence, and Jira is important for staying aligned with the team.

Even though you’re experienced, we don’t expect you to hit the ground running on day one. We value thoughtful onboarding and provide you with the time and support needed to learn our systems and processes. About You

As Quality Assurance Manager for NUTRAFOL, you will be responsible for leading the Consumer Complaint/Adverse Event Management Program. In support of the growing platform of products and formats spanning the business portfolios, you will bring deep expertise and experience in the dietary supplement and cosmetic categories and have strong knowledge and experience in ensuring adverse event compliance in adherence to FDA guidelines and regulations. This expertise will enable NUTRAFOL to continue to grow as a competitive and agile business in the categories that it operates within.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end adverse event management support that will help grow and protect the business. This role reports directly into the Director, QA.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the Consumer Complaint, Adverse Event Program
• Ensure consumer contact follow-ups are conducted using appropriate questions as required
• Review adverse events to determine if they are potentially serious
• File serious adverse event reports with FDA as required for dietary supplements and cosmetic products
• Complete adverse event assessments and investigations
• Track and trend adverse events on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Monitor metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Work closely with 3rd party medical advisor/PV vendor as required
• Support the implementation of a consumer complaint, adverse event management database.
• Gather in-depth adverse event information to address specific inquiries from colleagues and collaborators.
• Ensure the consumer complaint, adverse event program is prepared for internal and 3rd party audits as well as regulatory inspections.
